What gets a fast answer
A specific URL, the sentence that is wrong, and the public page or in-game screenshot that shows otherwise. Messages with evidence are applied and dated; messages without it are kept but cannot change a row.

This is a brand address on the same domain as the site, not a personal inbox. It receives replies on the same domain, so a correction thread stays attached to the page it belongs to.
Disputed trade values
Trade ranges move constantly. Send the date and the platform you saw the trade on, and the row will carry both readings rather than silently replacing the older one.
Removal requests
If a page reuses something that is yours, say which item and what you want done. Rights holders get priority over every other queue, and the request is honoured without requiring a lawyer’s letter.
What this mailbox is not.
It is not Grow a Garden 2 support: account problems, missing purchases and bans are handled by the game, not by this site. It is also not a trading board — value requests are answered on the values page when a reading exists, not by matching buyers and sellers.
Data protection requests (access, deletion, objection) use the same address and are answered under the process described on the privacy page.
